Visualisation of the proposed replacement petrol filling station from across Harbour Square
Due to previous requests from the community and in discussions with ASDA, we now make the provision for an automated petrol filling station within our proposals. One bay of the eastern end of the multi-storey car park will be demolished to make way for the facility. Planted, vertical screens will protect and visually screen the pumping area. The existing lift and stair tower to the multi-storey car park will be relocated within the southern elevation. This will provide the opportunity to realign the current bridge link with the Boardwalk, while allowing a new stair link down into the newly pedestrianised Park Square.
