The proposed Inner Harbour building
The proposed Inner Harbour building marks the entrance to the gated residential community and the working elements of the Marina to the east. The building has been designed to take advantage of views of both the inner harbour and the cliffs to the north, and the outer harbour and the sea to the south. The height of the building has gradually reduced in response to the concerns expressed by neighbouring residents.
The initial proposals for a 15-storey tower reduced to nine storeys. Following further residents’ meetings, this reduced to six and finally to four / three storeys to mirror the roof height of Neptune Court.
